Search projects
By default, the list shows projects which have been assigned to you personally, or to your division (‘All my assignments’). You can refine by project name, by assignee (via the ‘Search in’ filter), or by assignment status. To apply the filters, click on the ‘Search’ button.
Display only your personal assignments or your division assignments via the ‘Search in’ filter. |
Click on a project name to open the project details. |
Customise your table
The table can be manually configured via the ‘Choose and sort columns’ icon. On the left, there is a list of all the available columns. To include a column in your table, drag and drop it into the right-hand box.
The table can even be pre-configured in your user preferences (under Terminology projects > Search (My assignments)). Default presets have been defined based on your user role but some institutions also provide their own customised view. Once you have finished setting your preferences, do not forget to save your changes. Then, click on the ‘Apply my user preferences’ button in the ‘Projects’ tab of the TPM. |
To sort the results according to the project status, due date or creation date, click on the arrow next to the column header. Depending on the columns you choose to display and on your rights, other sorting options may be available (e.g. in the âMandatoryâ column).
You can monitor the assignment progress from this table by displaying the âAssignmentsâ and âAssignments per languageâ columns. |
Export your Project list
You can export a list of the projects assigned to you in Excel format. Click on ‘Export results’ and select which metadata to export (from ‘Project info’). Exports are processed as asynchronous requests and can be retrieved from the âAsynchronous requestsâ tab in the âManagementâ menu.
